Before you can have a blogger, you must have to have a gmail
account to create blogger
Step (1) visit www.blogger.com
Step (2) Click on New Blog
Step (3) A dialog box will appear, fill the following forms
Title: The name of your blogger
Address: the
address of your blogger i.e. the web address or link that your visitors will
follow to visit your blog.
Step (4) Then select the template type you want and click
create blog
Step (5) Click on New post to make your first ever post
